Look, every team so far this year has had one or two shocker games. It’s such a tight competition, it only takes a few things not to go your way plus extra intent and any opposition can make you pay. We weren’t quite there today against a quality team, and got done. That much I can cop.
What is becoming an increasing issue though, is our already mentioned poor skill level. We are winning enough of the ball and contests, but continue to butcher it across the board. Even games like the St Kilda and Bulldogs game, we made a lot harder than they needed to be for the same reason. Better execution would have seen us blow those games away.

Cams had a lean past two weeks, but name me a forward that did anything from either team in the flood-fest in Adelaide. I don’t think Cox earned his inclusion with pretty patchy two’s form. In any case, our effort is fine, but our skills need a serious overhaul.
I also think Fyfe will be fine based on the Ablett precedent. They would look too obviously farcical to throw the book at him. Although, true to form, the media certainly isn’t putting a rainbows and unicorns spin on it like with Ablett...
