Nah, get him in there, he plays for the big games.
As for Cammac, play him as a half forward flanker, it is what he does best. He will do a lot more damage if he is allowed to "pop in & out of the play" than if he is expected to play as a key forward. As for Hogan, forget the 20 km's of running at training, get him to spend an hour kicking at goal. from set shots, on the run, anywhere, but get him kicking for goal at training. Then play him inside the 50 all game. I know this is an old fashioned view of the game, but sometimes those old, wise coaches did things because it worked, not because everyone else was doing it.
