I like that we have gone small and mobile it mixes things up a bit and plays to their weakness which is a tall defence. Last year we played a smaller forward line in a preseason and took away their intercept marking strength and ran them off the ground. McGovern is an elite intercept marker but on the ground is easily beaten as he has the turning circle of the Hmas Melbourne.
Our defence can cover their forwards if the midfield can stop lace out delivery from Shuey and the thug, if Ryan and wilson can generate some run and use Hill, langdon and Walters as links with the smaller forward line we are in with a shot, hopefully Cammac brings in his confidence game and can mix small tall and really bamboozle them.
Hopefully we play a run and carry style of attacking football and run them off their feet. We wont win playing their style we need to play our own.
