I think they meant timing your leads form the backline. At the start of the season it was from half back and the end of the season it was more like Full back.

Subtle but important I would think.

If Cam needs to be told when and where to lead he is surely not a "natural" forward. OR, he has been over coached by many with complex and ever changing instructions, that he is so nervous and unsure of himself, he plays cautiously with a confused mind.
Yeah, could be the latter...hats off to our coaches.

Just wanna say. - not certain hes a great assistant coach...but David Hale was more than a ' lumbering ruckman' WTB..!!
He was a more effective forward than anyone we've had since Pav.....

If Cam can learn anything from him, I'd be grateful.!!

Question is : why has it taken until now to give Cam some sagely 'one on one' tuition...?
