Biz that article listed on page two of this thread in my opinion represents a large part of what is going wrong st the moment. It speaks of players hitting their KPI’s and feels very corporatey businessy. I work for a large mining company it could come out of one of our offices.
This goes ok for a workforce that comes and does our 10-12 hours and clocks off, please don’t ever come to one of these organisations expecting to see a culture of outstanding and inspired excellence.
We play a little like a team clocking in and doing their job, and our leaders speak with the passion of a board delivering results to their shareholders.
