To challenge for the flag you need 15 players who have played 100 games. Naahhh, you need 22 players who can execute the basic footy skills (kicking, handpassing, marking, leading to position, intercepting opposition attacks , and putting pressure on your direct opponent.) at a high level. Some players can do that after 10 games, and will win you a flag. Just let them practise these skills.
