I don't mind this pick, going for a bit of potential in Sturt and taking a risk. I haven't seen much of him and I doubt many have but he is quite tall and quick with good disposal and movement, there's a lot to like about him.
The question might be finding a spot for him in the side as that inbetween tall. Hogan covers the ground very well and might be the third tall with Lobb and Tabs for the near future and McCarthy would be vying for that third tall role too.
Could they be expecting him to push into the middle similar to Nat Fyfe?
