In terms of points we come out way on top of this trade.
We are getting 3060 points for the 4 picks we have picked up. Out the door goes Pick 6 (1751) and a future 3rd round which would be anywhere from 483-220. So max they are getting 2234 from us. So we are up 800 points.
Agreed that a pick 6 could be a game changing player but we need picks to get trades done for Lobb and Hogan.
The other elephant in the room is Lachie. For him I think we are pushing for Brisbane 5th pick plus a second or 3rd rounder.
That gives us 5, 11, 23, 30, 49, 80 plus maybe an extra pick in the 30's. So we trade 5 and 30 for Hogan, 23 for Lobb keeping 11, 49, 80 and another 30-40's pick.
If we can turn pick 6 and Lachie Neale into Hogan, Lobb, pick 11 plus some soldiers and keep next years first and second round pick. We are doing incredibly well.
We won that trade with Port, and all so they can get into a position to get an SA jet (6 still won't do that for them). Well played.
