We weren't that bad in the early years. We weren't very good most of the time but every now and then we'd play an amazing game. We lost more than we won for sure but we were very much a "Freo' crowd.

I'm not sure what we are now but I'm sure we aren't successful or anything like it

Noddy, Ross floundered after Brett Kirk left. Somehow I don't think Simpson will struggle. As much as I hate to say it he is a good coach. Anyone who can get his team over the line after losing his no1 ruckman, a key defender and a thug midfielder must be doing something right.

It’s done. I didn’t grow out of footy. I didn’t mature and move on to other things. I didn’t weigh up family time or budget constraints or shitey public transport deciders or game day experiences. I’ve just had the love of footy, all footy and especially Fremantle footy, sapped out of me.

Someone gave me free tickets to the Doig and I’m only going for a perve, some booze and a free feed. It sucks!.
