DtbS, the difference with our talls and West Coast's are that they are also quick. NicNat, Kennedy and Darling all cover the ground really well for big men, and chase and tackle well in the forward line. Our big guys have upside, but chasing and tackling is probably a weakness for all of them, so that limits how many you can play together.
What I do like about Apeness and Hodor is they do seem to like the physical stuff, meaning even if though they won't catch too many small blokes, the ones they do will know about it. Cox, Tabs and Sandi don't really seem to have that in their disposition (although Sandi appears to be getting grumpier with age).
I can't believe people are trying to retire Sandi. I know it seems unlikely, but there's always a chance we click next season and make the finals. If that's the case, wouldn't you want one of the best ruckmen on your list? Hodor will get enough games, and his best games will be in the gym and on the track learning from Sandi.
