I genuinely believe they don’t understand when to switch.
There is no point in doing it unless you release a player.
For Luke Ryan to take the mark after the first switch go back 30m then wait slowly before kicking to a 3 on 1 for a pearce to mark is absolutely shambolic. Just plain dumb

Also, Guy, when Blakely gets the free with about 4 minutes to go in the 2nd quarter. He looks down the line to where he should be kicking it and there are 20 + players standing there. Those 10 or 12 Freo players should have been on the other side of the ground waiting to lead into that space. If the Crows don't go with them we have free players in the guts.
If they do we have space to lead into.
