What I find hard to believe in the article earlier in this thread, is that Melbourne would be willing to trade out both Watts and Hogan. Both first round picks and Hogan one of only half a dozen genuine key forwards in the competition. Who will this leave to play forward for them Peterson. Their fan base will go crazy in future years as they build a game based around midfielders and defence having traded away the most important commodity in football forwards.
I don't know how we can expect to get Wilson for a future second round pick and then expect equivalent of a second round pick for Balic. This based on the Hogan for pick five and Balic post.
I struggle to see us being able to get Wilson, Matera, Hogan and Carter (if he is as good as some seem to think) to the club this year particularly as we have no second round pick as we speak. If we do, our recruiting team could be considered genius.
