Speaking of that... apparently there's a lunch sort of thing happening at Souths for the game on Saturday. Apparently I'm going. I've got a 100% record in finals... if the Norfolk still has that 10.6% Russian Imperial Stout on tap I might find myself trying to get through a second pint this time around, just to wash the lingering taste of a wasted season away.

Watching 2nd qtr of Peel, for those wanting Taberner to show consistent for, at WAFL level, seems to be the dominant forward on the ground to me. Griffen Logue's kicking penetration will be a real asset in years to come.

Pretty solid win by Peel.Controlling the game for 3 quarters then fighting off South's in the last.Get the impression they will face off again in the Prelim Final.Wouldnt think Peel could beat Subi at Leederville.
Subi not beaten in there last 19 matches with 5 or 6 back from injury.From there last start.

Thought Nick Suban was superb today, a real
leader with passion. Contrary to other comments, thought Tabs was poor and uninterested, would be looking to off load him asap.

Very surprised at some of the aggressive booing and abuse of the Peel players as they left the oval.

Very enjoyable game that could have gone either way.
