Here we go . For me Harvey days were happy days , things weren't that bad it was exiting . We were getting some good young players and it was really looking good to me ( purple coloured glasses ) , then that knife in the back . from that point I have never liked Lyon . Maybe if the club sacked him in a more conventional way things may have been a bit better , not the best way to start with Freo and I somehow hope he goes out the same way.

What a pile of baloney (RoLy's club site article). Two and a half years of crap football is a very long time in the game. In that the worse is the worst of any team in the league says it's gone south big time. Is it possible to think that things will improve instead of worse? Flip of the coin, but his recent record is really only pointing one way - there's no light in that tunnel.

The challenge is 'how far can you stretch faith against the facts'.

I don't understand how Harvey was supposed to be a poor communicator (as stated by Pavlich and others), yet the footy only sucked when the team got decimated by injury.

Lyon has had bigger wraps for communication, player respect (on-message media stuff), a fuller strength 22 more often, and yet we suck a lot more.

I guess it won't be a surprise to many that I'll continue to pay not 1 but 2 seats at the new stadium. I've started this journey too long ago to surrender now. Like a few on this site, I've served this country for 2 decades in the forces and have many leaders that tried to screw with your mind and body. Needless to say I'm glad I stuck it out because I wouldn't be able to afford the $$ they want to watch Freo.
