I think it's a perception thing cletus. We saw so much kerfuffle around Dangerfield being stationed fully in the forward line, because it is the exception rather than the rule.

I don't think the forward structure is necessarily the biggest problem, more so the transition of the ball and how fast we bring it down field. When we're feeling good we have done the fast break and we saw that at the beginning of the year, but whenever there's lower confidence, it slows down a lot.

Dbts - notice how often Ross has a crack at journals who disagree with him. So a journo has the nerve to mention that we cant kick goals and Tabs is tearing it up for peel, so he cuts them down to size. Top work Ross the Boss. You are the big dog. And a chance to say something positive about Tabs go begging, again. And we get The same meaningless crap about kpis and measurables (which are never revealed) because we would all be incapable of understanding the processes and mighty thoughts that the coaching staff have on the matter.

I don't think this is good communication, and I am sick of it.

Oz the great and magnificent. It's all a facade with no substance. And yes i am pretty much gutted by our last two games and the coach's responses to them.

Point 1)
Yes there is a problem with the game. If the game was umpired to the rules we would not have so many stoppages. Then coaches like RoLy would not be so focussed on getting all his players to or behind the stoppages. So we don't need more rule changes, unless that means SIMPLIFYING the rules we have.

Point 2)
All teams do do it against each other, I've seen plenty of games where the key forwards take 75% of their marks backwards of the centre. As for Danger spending all his time in the full forward zone last week, it only happened AFTER he was injured, and was a forced strategy. Someone should hire the sniper that takes potshots at Darling and co to wing a couple of our key mids to force RoLy to play them forward.

If Tabs wants to be playing elsewhere next year.He doesn't fit into the teams long term plans.So Peel it is for the rest of 17.If he maintains this Peel form someone will pick him up.He would go ok at one of the Qld sides.Big grounds,lots of running good playing conditions. Could be a part of a B Matera trade.

Happy with Weller but I take your point.

I'll be happier when Pearce gets his leg gaffer taped back on but we have precious little depth in defensive talls.
