Game style ??? Do you suggest we are gonna keep playing like that....?
Nah, at some point, the purple tinted glasses have to come off, and we need to ask the question...is this a game style that will win finals, or, is it something else, where wins are completely reliant upon outstanding efforts from individuals. ??
RoLys presser is right in only one context....we are a young inexperieced team, and things are going to take time.
But hes been cajouled into this position, and whilst i commend him for playing the kids since the break, those kids are going to need some pretty basic structures in order to become the players there potential suggests. The current "gamestyle" is devoid of teaching them much except "create mass confusion" in the backline, and hope that someone is able to run on to it in the forward line, after we've booted it there in the faint hope that someone will !!
The only context in which the current gamestyle is 'successful' and we should be "relaxed about it", is, in the context that we are " trying to display competitiveness without actually winning". A couple of high draft picks await as a reward for this strategy, and yep, we need them to complete this rebuild.
