You'd have to kick out either Gray (no way) Crozier (I dont think so) or Tabs (not on a dry day)

Sadly, I think Grey may be the one to make way for Ballas, should they wanna rush him back next week...it does appear unlikely that Ballas would come back so soon though, given he was managed and only had about 60 mins of game time for Peel..

Agree with Larkin. Can not really see Ballas in the team at the moment - if so I would swap him for D. Pearce. DP still making those panicked disposals that result in a turnover chain.

Ballantyne hasn't played well for years. And he wanted to traded to the Eagles last year.

Enjoy peel

You don't change a winning formula. Ballas has to work his way into the best 22. On current form of the 22, no way does Ballas get a guernsey.

Yes you do. Stephen Hill went straight back in this week.

There's plenty to like about Grey, but I'm not sure 10 touches a game at his position is enough. If it really did come down to a choice between a fit Ballas and Grey, I'd take Ballas in a heartbeat.

Maybe Grey keeps his spot and either sutcliffe, spurr or even ibbo goes - Croz to half back ?

I reckon Ballantyne was averaging 10 a game over the last year. And three crucial slips and 0.5 undisciplined acts.

He was great leading up to the grand final, bad in that and never the same again.

Out: Sutcliffe
In: Ballantyne

Crozier to half back, mission accomplished.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.

Nice rewrite of history there Ricco, Ballas was an All Australian in 2014.

I would take Ballas in and Crozier to half back. No reason why he is not going to follow his man to our forward line when the opposition flood back and sneak the odd goal or 2. Rather have him taking that shot than Sutcliffe, and he is much stronger in the air and in the contest. Decision making is much better as well. Oh and he is a left footer, which always works well exiting the backline.
