I go for (v) Other.
Why would you delist anyone until after the trade period? Especially when there is a lot of potential trading needing to be done to attract marquee players, and of seeking draft picks in order to trade for marquee players.
Until you know that no-one wants your unsigned players, you would leave yourself the potential to get something for them. If they are still on Freo's books at the end of trade period, some of them will get new contracts, and thereby help Peel to their second premiership in 2017. Delist the ones you don't want then.
I don't think dumping 10 to 13 players (as speculated in the media) in this trade period is achievable, since we wouldn't be interested in taking more than, say, six players at the main draft and it will be impossible to trade inwards a huge bucketload of established players. If we get any two of McCarthy, Lobb, Hogan, Hill, we'd be doing really well in trading terms, I reckon.
The only confirmed senior player departure so far is Pav. T Smith, Hurley and Morabito are all rookies.
