I'm still peed off about Blakely being omitted. I'll feel better if he doesn't play for Peel, but if he does then another bit of my passion and faith in the club, administration, coaching panel, etc, will be chipped away.
It was only yesterday that someone mentioned how he really deserves the Rising Star award this year due to the hard possessions he continually gathers.
This "he's tired" stuff doesn't wash with me. Yes, we don't want him injured and rest him if he is, but say so. Give an explanation!! Weller has played every game this year and was taken in the same draft and imo hasn't been as consistent as Blakely.
That's what he's paid for and he's doing a bloody good job. A lot better than what appear to be favourites who continually contribute very little but get a game every week. We don't need to name them as they are often mentioned here.
