We probably need pace almost as much as height though. Particularly with the way they are trying to open up the game with the rules and wotnot. We've been a bit short on pace for years, including Brad's draft year.
Getting him across is probably going to be a wee bit problematical if they want to trade for any of the key forwards they are supposedly interested in (although I'm not sure the smoke blown by the press isn't something they're just using to keep their word quotas up). But while we're in line for high places in the draft and pre-season draft, it's a great position to bargain down the price any out-of-contract WA boys who are genuinely keen to return home, due to the perceived pressure of picking them up for nothing after they've walked.
