Lyon has been forced out of his comfort zone. He preferred a strategy that wasn't a secret, but was hard to counter with the right cattle and the right attitude. He also liked playing players he knew the capabilities of, to play it.
He has neither luxury at the moment, so he's seeing how they both fare this year. He's surely found some new regulars in Blakely, Weller, Smith, Tucker, and Apeness when fit again. Collins looks like he's not far off the mark. They've got to come on some more, but all showed they can play. If he starts Silvagni-ing these blokes when the A team is back, I'll have to throw things at him from the members wing.
