It is embarrassing to know that some of our supporters are as bad as the slime from up the road !

are they converts from when the toast lost some games or are they just scum ?

Just scum I think !

Re-sign him so he's not out of contract-then trade him.

i) Fyfey will enjoy the week off, could not run and on one leg in the last.
ii) Johnno seemed sore after hard side on hit with Goodes in the last quarter
iii) Ballas has a heart bigger than Phar Lap
iv) Son Son ...jet
v) Razor may have whistled his way out of the Granny today

Its very worrying to see our game plan still revolves around hospital handballs to the nearest unsuspecting person in purple.

That if we can't learn to run and carry the ball out of the backline in the next two weeks, then the Prelim will be our last game this season. The Hawks must be licking their lips.

there was comments in an article that of the 40,000 people at the game, only 28,000 were recorded as regular season ticket holders. Without making excuses for everyone, I certainly didnt boo him as a 20+ year freo member, so if it were 'general' public members responsible, shame on them for tarnishing the freo crowd, who just a fortnight ago were clapping nathan jones along the boundary who was subbed in his 250th. Jones tweeted his respect for the crowd, hard to think that in 2 weeks we are now 'scum of the earth' apparently.

In saying that, I am over the goodes debate, back to the footy.

Zac Clarke was soft and cost ballas a goal of the year contender. He certainly isnt doing his ambitions for freos #1 ruckman spot any favours, nor is he doing our trade currency any good to snap up mccarthy.

Welcome back to our best small forward combo in the comp

The number of fast breaks we got which resulted in turn overs.. Open forward line, why would you not send the ball to the goal square for a contest. At least that way you might get a soccered goal or force a rush behind. Much better than a 50/50 contest on the wing with a not to our advantage type of kick.

Fyfe and mcpharlin will be better for the week off.

GO PEEL
2/2 derby finals please

If Zac Clarke is the answer ...

It behoves one to ask "what the heck is the question?" ...

That the local media will spend two weeks talking about how good WCE are might just be a good thing for us.

I was embarrassed about the booing and just can't fathom why it is happening.

I haven't been the greatest fan of Goodes, but I would be extremely embarassed by the four quarter effort he put in today had I been one of the boring submorons who booed him all afternoon. Hats off to the man and the support he was shown by opponents and teammates alike.

That SonSon ducks his head to avoid it being ripped off. Surely if you duck your head to avoid high contact, that doesn't then give your opponent license to take you high?

That Adelaide and the Hawks will bash each other up next week to see who has to fly to Perth to get beaten the week after.

That we have to take the game on more often. Had to admire the way the doggies did that tonight (even tho they lost).

An example - last qtr, D Pearce takes possession in the clear on our HB line. Instead of taking a couple of bounces, kicks to a one on one, ball jars loose to a swans defender, ball re-enters our defensive 50. A run and carry was needed, and was on offer.
