"7:20pm: It is alleged by West Coast that Suban wrapped his arm forcefully around Masten's face and mouth and pressed down forcefully. "No, I don't agree," Suban says."
The spin started last night on 6PR with at least three callers to the sports programme citing (without any evidence) that "Suban has a habit of putting his elbow on players' necks". Brad and Karl dismiss these ideas, not as forcefully as we would have liked, but did mention that this type of 'provocation' was not relevant to the charge of biting.
BTW, apart from the 'he's a jolly good fellow' routine spouted by Weagles cronies, people on the radio are saying that it is physically impossible to bite with a mouthguard in your mouth. Bulldust. Try it sometime. You can bite with a mouthguard in your mouth because most mouthguards only cover the top set of teeth.
