Yarran, please. Jetta is a jet, but I think a replacement for Roger, and in tandem with First Johnno, would be a thing of sparkling intensity that would lead us a long way towards seeing Pav and Sandi play on and on. Less crowded forward lines and rampant Fyfe and Hill monsters would be awesome.
Lots of folk, I'm certain, were not impressed with the arrival of D. Pearce as a freewheeling foil to Mr Hill.
What do we offer though?

IMO give up nothing, although I liked Yarran a couple of years ago they offer little improvement that can't be achieved with current groups continued development. Have been inconsistent at best over their careers and although both pacy and highly skilled have a tendancy to go missing. Neither offers anything in the pursuit of KPP that we will either need draft picks or salary cap space to secure.

I know I've posted this memory up before, but I'll never forget when the OOFTITS used Lewis as a decoy in the draft. They spruiked him for months, flew him down with his family, and when Pick#7 came up (and the tv cameras were on Lewis and his family smiling in close-up) they called out 'Brad Shepherd'.

I'll never forget the look on Lewis' face when that happened - giving their supporters an 'up yous' after that goal was superb.
