The engineering drawings tell us the existing layout & available seating for members. The only thing of consequence unknown is the exact pricing but people who have been members the longest will get first choice of what price they choose.
Here goes my first draft after 1 hr of thinking about it. ( I'm joking there will not be a second draft)
Team leader submits team list which can only consist of existing members.
Members want to sit with new members be they friends or family that's fine but not at the expense of existing members.
Exisitng members priority purchase period will last 50 days.
Day 1 of 50 day seat purchase period
23 yr member team leader has a 2 day head start to purchase on 22 yr member team leader.
Day 3 of 50 day seat purchase period
22 yr member team leader has a 2 day head start to purchase on 21 yr member team leader.
And so on it goes.
Day 51-58
All members whom have chosen to sit with new members (friends & family) have a 7 day period to purchase seats.
Members first is our only non negotiable policy and we let members know it up front there will be no compromise to our existing membership, we say we value them so we demonstrate it with actions.
I gave up great seats when my wife & 2 friends wanted to get on board.
That is the way it should be. My choice so I must compromise.
