OK, this is not a mock draft...I hate them. Noone can know what 1 club is thinking with ANY degree of certainty, so to guess on all 16? Just too hard.

I'm officially back in the desert at the moment and the fact I'm typing this deep in the heart of Freo is a testament to my ability to sleep through two alarms and a noisy bloke downstairs instead of getting my act somewhere near the airport long before dawn on a Monday. I know losses like that don't REALLY matter at this time of year, but some of the efforts in the second half were pretty hard to swallow. Yes it's been a tough day, week, month and year so far, but the grass is still pretty green around here. In fact it's not only green, it's purple, red and white baby yeah.

Okay, maybe I've spent too much time in the garden lately, but being in the purple can still be a lustrous, non-invasive and calming place to be. Despite some unfortunate batches and cross-pollination, there remains little selectively in-bred and prickly features so common in other varieties.
