Form is the most important area. We have always backed people in on reputation alone which is why we are so inconsistent. I feel for Pav and Bell who are our most consistent players and always give it everything.
I hope we stop drafting old blokes, Tarrant and Johnson went out of the game in the second half when they were needed.
