Anchor in the grass
Bored watching the Hawks smash the bullies so I flick on last weeks much more interesting game featuring Freo V Pies and I noticed a huge anchor mowed into the grass...thinking is was an illusion I then noticed it at the other end too. Have I missed something? Never seen this before.

Was in the paper last week - Inside Cover, I think.
Apparently, the guy who mows the grass is a mad Docker fan.
I'd like to see him do it for an egirls' game.

He's (?) been playing silly buggers with the lawn cuts for a while. Different pattern every week. I know a good psychiatrist...

I reckon if you mow the lawn for a living, getting a little creativity going is OK.

Mary Quant, the 60s clothes designer in the UK, used to do this. But she didn't use Subi oval as her design field. She used something a little closer to home. I seem to remember she also dyed parts of her body purple.
