Told the smug slime supporter who rang me up and the other who was waiting for me to get home to stick to their knitting (I wasn't quite as polite as I am being here). I asked them what it was like to see their Premiership Captain giving them a lesson in humility, as well as a few other choice comments.
Face them head on and give it back.
This team shouldn't be written off, under Harv's there is a lot of good to come!
Keep the faith - And see you all at Subi in a fortnight's time.

Fearing that I'd contracted a very rare and virile strain of tourette's syndrome, I took myself away from the children and sprayed a wasp's nest in the lemon tree.
Then I thought about mowing the lawn, but decided against it.
Fast running out of options I stormed into the kitchen, sliced up a kilo of rump steak, chopped a few carrotts and green beans, squashed the bejeezuz out of some garlic, diced some onion to within an inch of its life and then drowned the lot in vegetable stock and tinned tomatoes.
I was still angry, so I skinned a bag of ruby lou potatoes, boiled them alive and mashed them to an unrecognisable pulp.

was gutted, then the second siren blew and like a few thousand others made my way onto the MCG with my footy and had a kick.
very suprising how quickly a smile came to my face as I booted the footy with a mate on the G. So many people having a kick .... it was great.
Checked my text messages and had gotten one from my missuses Nanna (saints fan) giving me carp - you've got to laugh ...

Did you have a go from the spot Pav kicked his monster from? And if so, did you make it to the fifty metre line?

Memory is vague on exactly what I did, but my poor old cat had a limp this morning.

Punched the wall, realised that's not such a good move so punched the couch with my other hand.

Didn't have a kick at goals - the amount of people on the ground was incredible, one of my favourite footy moments. I wouldn't have been able to find the ball if I'd had a pop from anywhere.
basically was kicking about 20 - 25 metres to a mate, trying not to smack people in the head. Heaps of dockers fans on the ground, lots of kids - excellent move by whoever thought it up (any other day, any other game and there is no way it would have been possible with crowd numbers).
I reckon half the crowd came just so they could have a kick on the ground - the sight of so many footys in the air at once. Fantastic

caught the train into work this morning. Too embarrassed to drive the Docker plated car.

Just like Heather, I went to Iron Man after the game. I have to admit, I felt a bit sheepish whipping out my Freo dockers membership card to get a discount at Hoyts.

I'll have to wander down the Rick Harts and get a new tv, a quiet night with no tv, but there was enough booze.
That's right Rick was behind it...he wants people to buy a new plasma after thrown stuff at their tv's in frustration.

I have to say this, if yesterday was bad and it was, extremely painful to watch, we went to a concert in the evening, had some wine and today I didn't buy the West to read "the game" - I cannot read newspapers at the moment - had an appointment for a crown at the dentist this morning - was a walk in the park compared to watching the game yesterday - I still love the Dockers and hope to see them "regroup" very soon.

I put on my runners and went for way too long of a jog. This was a bloody marathon. Now the pain I felt from our loss yesterday is with me in the form of my calves and I'm stuck here in front of the computer, feeling the pain.

This situation has caused great pain, but our gardens and dinner options have benefited greatly.
A work mate was telling me he was laughing when the final siren sounded, much to the displeasure of his distraught wife.
His son asked him what was so funny and he reminded him that he probably couldn't remember the days they spent as father and son sitting in the rain at the WACA, watching the likes of Dhurkay (RIP), the Prince of the Pockets, Willsy and the likes plying their trade... 'You see, I've seen it all before son... don't think about it too deeply...'

Beer and Warhawk. Nothing eases the pain quicker than running over people in a tank ...
Actually that comment is a little distubring ...

I was so frustrated I broke my computer at 3 quarter time and then ranted on about not being able to do this week in week out. But of course I will...and do every week. Oh well Im sure we'll go through it all over again against the doggies....The ups and downs of being a dockers supporter.

Gee people, cant you look at the bright side, reading your comments are too depressing.
I am having chemotherapy treatment and even i can see the bright side.
Firstly, we have a head start in going for the priorty draft picks. (this way we dont have to loose on purpose the last few rounds)
Secondly, We may have helped melbourne finish above the Weagles so the sods down the road get the wooden spoon.
Cheer up,
