Freo v Port
If we beat Collingwood, what chance we go above Port ( who are playing away to the Roo`s) our percentages look close, and Port would know by how much they have to loose by to get 3rd pick.

Is there a gun South Australian on offer in the draft?

Re:Freo v Port
Two that I can think of: Hamish Hartlett (smart and speedy good-size midfielder) and Louis Johnston (can play midfield or even key position). Both these guys made the AA from the U/18 comp. I think the Dockers should have these two guys high on their list.

Re:Freo v Port
we are one game behind port but have a higher percentage 92.40 to ports 92.23.
if we both lose we will stay in 14th position
if we beat collingwood and port lose we will go 13th position
if we beat collingwood port will have to win by about 4-5 goals more than our margin over collingwood to have a higher percentage that us and maintain 13th position.

Re:Freo v Port
I hate this damn draft system. I want us to smash Eddie's mob but also would love to see Nick Natanui in our colours next year.. who we would likely get with the third pick by finishing 14th. Is that the way others see the likely picks going..? Will still be cheering mad for a win but when there is a potential positive to us losing then something's wrong.

Claudius. You are quite correct with most of your scenarios, except, if both win, Port will finish above Freo irrespective of the margin.

Re:Freo v Port
would Port trade with West Coast to get Naitanui? and does the rumour with regard to Josh Carr do us any favours. Would Port still be bitter on him coming over? Surely not
