I understand why every so call docker supporter is bleating for Tarrant to be dropped to the WAFL. But really is he that bad? If people got their heads out of their collective ar##%$%$$ they would have seen the delivery of the ball from onballers etc. It took so long for the ball to come out of the backline that I had time to go and buy chips. Why don't we appreciate that we were beaten consistently over the ground and unfortunately Tarrant didn't have a blinder. I also saw when he offloaded in the 50 and kicked directly kicked to a hawks player. I would get pis$# off as well if i led and everytime the onballers are kicking to Pav who has 3 players hanging off him. Now with your collective wisdom what about the following players, what do you think. Headland- fantastic game BOG docker for sure M Carr - absolute shocker Peake- could n't body tackle a auskick player, no footy brain. schammer- see above crowley- needs more time on bench does'**** have the legs yet to tag all day. sandilands- needs to puch the ball, change rucking patterns. bell- bloody fantastic backline- needs a senior player to direct, miss shane badly. gilmore- is not as chb, better suited to wing, hff.
And to finish off, if you leave early from a game why come at all!

well said SARON, i honestly think farmer has been contributing nicely in the midfield, his run and awareness shown in the first two rounds has not in my eyes got the credit it deserves.... Well Done Jeff!

I hate to say this but there's really no one to take his place. Murphy - doesn't work hard enough. Needs to be a 6 or 7 goal player in the WAFL to challenge. Campbell - not on Saturdays form.

Just a quick thought about Adam Campbell. If the second tall forward doesn't get any delivery from the midfielders, how is the third tall going to get a chance? On the weekend I was impressed with his attack on the ball, you could just tell he always wanted to have it.
My problem is that in his career he has played just 6 games over 3 years. How can a young key position player develop when he isn't playing AFL? He kicked 4 goals in one game last year, yet he just doesn't get an extended run in the team. Murphy had his chance and he couldn't hold it, give Campbell a long run in the forward line and let him show what he can do. How else can we work out if he is capable at this level?

Yes Chris.
Yes yes yes. Although I haven't written Murphy off, either. Just don't quite know what to do with him. Or where to do it.

What about letting him play at full forward? He was "purchased" as a successful full forward and has been moving further up the ground. He can mark, kick and run and lets see him bag 5 or 6 against the weagles!!

Problem is Taz is the worst kick for goal of any full forward in the league.
We'd need to give him 10 shots just to nail 3 goals.

You seem to be ignoring an ugly gloved bloke up the road. Where's the people in the media calling for his head?

Bizkit, do not worry about the gimp, his day in the spotlight will come soon. Taz needs desperatley to find form. The WAFL is the only place for him right now. Cant see him playing himself back into form in the AFL. Lets get him kicking goals again, lets not write him off just yet. Murph is the logical replacement, he can not do much more in the wafl and must make the most of AFL oppurtunities. (Unlike the past) Lets all back of M CARR. It is quite obvious that his best has past him and I am sure Matt would be more than aware of that. But he has been a great player and person at the club so a little respect would not go astray. Next time someone gives him a spray, maybe a reminder to that person of what he has done for the club. This does not mean he should be getting a game, unfortunatley our club seems to play our out of form or ageing players until they retire. Shane, how about a revised EFFC team for the year. MCARR / Soreknee / Peake

I guess you all heard Mark Harvey say that Tazza is playing this week regardless. I reckon fair enough. He'll be up for it.
Go Tazza!!

Tarrant should play on. Why not whack him on the wing, we know he can run and he would be hard to match up on. Tarrant does not concern me. We all knew of what he was capable of and better yet not capable of when we picked him up He was never going to be the mesiah. Fremantle choose him to help out Captain Pav, keep him out there. My concern is our 2-3 year or so players. ie Crowley, Peake, Schammer, Drum etc. These guys are our future and I haven't seen much from them and a few others that could lead to premiership opportunities in the coming years.
