What is this new rule that if your name sounds kind of like genitallia you can hold the opposing ruckmans wrist during a ruck contest.

Any other new rule interps that I should know about?

The other new rules I've spotted so far is the 'if your name is Pavlich, you dont have a back, so push away'

Seems to be a new rule for centre bounces as well, Jump early and interfere witht he opposing ruckman and then pick up a kick when your opponent is knocked out of the contest.
