Is it just me, or do the Wet toast (love that one) fans seem to have lost the concept that footy is a contact sport?

Was listening to 6PR (the only Perth station you can get as far out as North Bannister) Tuesday morning and there were approximately 300,000 callers complaining that Wanganeen deliberately tried to hurt Jones by walking over him after a tackle. "He stomped on his leg with his stops in his footy boot.....there are children watching this game, how could they possibly condone that behaviour...I demand an AFL enquiry" was the dribble from one bloke.

Jaysus!! How the hell can they be so precious after watching that seagull Matera try to re-arrange Tarryn Lockyer's face?
