I hope the selectors keep this side together for the rest of the season.
Only changes Pavlich and Hayden in for Murphy and Dodd.
This side could give us 3-4 wins in the remaining games, it looks good with plenty of pace and a versatile forward line with McPharlin a versatile option.

Thought Dodd did well to keep Motlop goalless to 3/4 time. Murphy at least looked like he should be at this level for once this season, although he is the obvious out for Pav.

Well, we should obviously play Pav and Roger. But both Dodd and Spud had good games. Dodd is a quiet achiever. He was on the TV screen for so much of today's broadcast. Chipping away, chipping away . . .

Dodd will be top 5 in the Doig this year and you want to drop him? Very, very good player, just not fancy.
