Anyone know the situation with the big fella? how long till J lo rides again?

Vern on speaking to a friend of mine, who is a Physio with the oz womens volleyball team. She says they will give JLO the full 8 week programme to bring him back 100%. Apparently a capsule tear needs nothing more than time & treatment followed by a strengthening programme. He was pretty lucky with what he came away with, so at this stage I would say round 3

How will we go in Round 17?
