Harvey Goes The Chop | Print |
Written by Shane Richmond

Mark Harvey hasn't just swung the axe, he's brought in half a dozen heavyset lumberjacks some serious bulldozing equipment and a small saw mill to produce export grade timber. Even a couple of hippies chaining themselves to Brett Peake didn't stop Harvey's brutality, cutting Peake as well as Robbie Warnock, Paul Duffield and Chris Tarrant (on compassionate grounds) and refusing to let Headland play until his patella was facing forwards again. Continuing his brutatlity, Harvey refused to protect Clayton Hinkley as he did the other youngsters, throwing Timezone straight into the mix at the most hostile ground in Australia (not so much on the field but behind the stands it can get pretty ugly). Marcus Drum will return to the scene of his 4 goal effort last year, while Michael Johnson, Shaun McManus and Matthew Carr will also return.
