Greyhounds WA Punting Week 4 | Print |
Written by Greg

Someone give me a marker pen because all you can do is put a line through that debacle yesterday and move on. I am going in for some sort of mind altering surgery to enable the memory of yesterday be erased. Thankfully the betting markets were too one sided which pulled me up from losing any Dockerland Dollars on the game so that is the silver, or rather a shade of grey, lining I am using. The fact I managed to lose the same amount of Dockerland Dollars on another match is beside the point. It wasn’t on Fremantle and that, my punting friends, is what's most important.

Possibly the one sided market did many Dockelranders a favour as they stayed clear of betting on the game. It seems Dockerlanders like to find value for their money…. I mean their punting money because there wasn’t a lot of value in the price of a seat at yesterday’s effort.

Below are the successful betting options that were available for the weekend just gone which was week four round one. If you threw a Dockerland dollar on any of the bets below then you’ll have some bullets in your Greyhounds WA Punting Account to fire off in week four.

Dadchamp has done it again. He’s a class act on the Greyhounds WA Dockerland punt. He’s trying to run his competitors off their legs and at present he’s doing a very good job of it. He’s thrown almost $2k on the Bulldogs and he’s come up a treat. Dadchamp holds a commanding lead at the top of the ladder. In 2nd place is Kumbi33. He or she has put in a cracker of bet of over $350 on the Navy Blues at the huge $4.50 $1642.50 has jumped into Kumbi’s account and Dadchamp is in his or her sights. Good old Mercury is up to 3rd place and looking a big chance with still 2 weeks remaining. $1300+ Dockerland Dollars from the Hawks and the Blues sees Mercury Rising.

So that’s the top three after the fourth week. If you’re not one of the above three then slide on over and take a glance at where you sit on the ladder. Log on to Greyhounds WA Dockerland Punting Competition and have a squiz.

That’s the fourth week of the first round of the Greyhounds WA Dockerland Punting Competition over and done with and hopefully now that it’s over, we will never speak of it again. Those who took the novelty bets involving Freo are starving to death but stop whining and get in line; you’re not on your own. Next week is whole new week and you get a brand new crispy Dockerland $100.

Greyhounds WA Punting week five kicks off next week so don’t start slacking off on the form. The big night out at Greyhounds WA is up for grabs in just two week’s time and trust me when I tell you; it’s a prize well worth winning.

Prices for the Greyhounds WA Dockerland Punting Competition week five round one go up on Wednesday.
