Carr Backs Out | Print |
Written by Shane Richmond

Josh Carr is turning his back on the Dockers and has asked to be traded back to Port Adelaide sparking rumours that the Adelaide Crows are poised to pick up Ben Cousins in the draft.

Carr left Port Adelaide after the 2004 Premiership and was told not to bother coming back but a change of fortunes at the Power has seen them begging him to return every season since. Finally Carr could no longer take it and apparently decided to pack his bags last summer and wait out the clock until he could inform the club of his decision.
