Brownes Docker for a Day Winner | Print |

The winner of the Brownes Docker for a Day competition for the home game in round four was a youngster by the name of Angus Innes.

Angus’ name was drawn out after he entered the competition by using the barcode from the carton of Brownes Hilo Milk in the fridge and it ended up giving him the day of his life. Despite the horrific belting Richmond handed out to Freo, you couldn’t have wiped the smile off Angus’ face. Actually it was a photo finish to decide who was more excited, Angus or Angus’ old man, Mr. Innes.

Anyway Angus managed to meet his three superheros who were Shaun McManus, Matthew Pavlich and Peter Bell and he finally settled on the little general, P.Bell for the number 32 on his Guernsey which he won as part of the Brownes competition prize.

Angus and his family have barracked for Fremantle since day one and given the treatment they received on the day they will be fans for life. Angus’ Dad was head over heels excited to see his son run out onto Subiaco with the players and he’s hoping he’ll be watching him do the same in another 10 years time.

When asked about the day he had Angus said, “I had the best day ever but other winners should make sure they know the nicknames of the players so you know who they are talking about.”

Don’t forget the Brownes Docker for a Day Competition closes on the 5th of June 2008 so you’ve only got about four weeks to get your entries in. If Angus’ day is any indication then you don’t want to miss out on the chance at being a Docker for a Day.
