I'm not sure about rushing these guys straight back in against Richmond. It would do Switta no harm to have a run with Peel as we did not seem to miss his forward pressure and goals were kicked as well, something that he does not provide. Also while it would be nice for Jye to come in I'd like to see how our new inclusions Simpson and Voss perform again. They are the 2 obvious outs for Amiss and Switta. As they performed so strongly last week, including Switta and Amiss not necessarily the wise thing to do.

I'd argue that we might have been missing swittas fwd pressure when the dogs were walking the ball out of their defense in the first half. pains me to say it but you might get more from switta than Mikey in that regard.

Switta is the best finger pointer we have. When opposition has the ball in hand for a kick Switta is always there pointing the finger at everyone whilst not manning up himself. Drives me nuts.

No point having a coach out there and effectively playing 1 short.
I have loved Sonny too but he has well and truly reached the end of a fantastic career..
He cant get near it and is too easily brushed off a contest now. He also goes to ground alot more now too.
We need to play Simpson and Switta and hopefully we find a way to keep Sonny involved at the club as a forwards coach. He is a very smart footballer and would be sad to see him playing for Peel.

I’ve watched the WB game again and the second efforts of Sonny seem to be overlooked on here. Just because he’s not hitting the scoreboard as much as we’re used to, his role seems to have changed. He’s tackling, getting in and under the packs, chasing and blocking players, holding up play and being a General in there too. We need him out there for as long as possible.

Jye in for Voss. Switta another week.

It was the best game he's played for weeks except for those ridiculous marking attempts which indirectly cost us on the scoreboard. JLo's task though is how to keep him involved in the play, whether it be forward or by giving him a run on the ball. As for Switta I think all the small forward types earnt their spot for the Richmond game and he needs to actually earn his spot back in the team with a week at Peel.
