Go Bollenhagen...even though his name sounds like a German beer...actually that makes it better!

Suban is paying $60/1 for the RG medal - looks like he is playing midfield, plus no Palmer, no Crowley, no Barlow and Hase looking like getting limited game time.

Get on board I reckon.

Edit #1 - Walters at $126/1 to kick 4 or 5 goals and take home medal isn't bad odds if he makes the 22

Harvs is obviously getting some AFL experience into some of the young recruits. He knows that depth is important as the finals approach. He also is looking to who's up to AFL standard on the list "moving forward" (where have I heard that before?) to 2011.

Bench for me (for balance): Walters (small), Bradley (tall), Morabito (tall running mid-field) and De Boer (hard nut tagger a la Crowley).

Of those I think the first two are certs.

You could be right bozza. Hase is a Derby specialist and seems to get that spark against the Wegirls. As usual it will be interesting call for the bench.

With Tarrant back from a 4 week layup, Broughton & McPharlin in their 3rd game back and Grover really fresh. Our backline should be running around as though it's the first game of the season.
Bolley will be kicking goals from the backline and if Johnno and Pav remain in the forward line we should romp this one in easy and make it 7 in a row.

Go FREO

The only disappointment is the omission of Spangher.Still,Swift should provide plenty of amusement.

From the Tiger supporters near me last weekend at sunny Basso, Swift is seen as the Claremont version of the Ranga Bollard - they will be glad to be rid of the Clanger King for a week.

Hadn't noticed Spangher wasn't in.

Great. Souths have got the Derby, then.
