Fremantle might consider looking at organising a forward line and hiring a defensive coach during the week after they failed to kick a respectable score again, in their loss to Carlton. Things looked ok early but Fremantle's second quarter kicking in front of goals set the tone for a bit of a fiasco in the third quarter where the quality of their work in front of goals was much improved but the quantity was a tad lacking. Even so, with 4 goals and 10 points on the board at three quarter time, the Dockers found a hint of life in and nearly pulled off a very unlikely win falling short by just 8 points in one of the shortest quarters you’re likely to see.
